Terms and conditions

An agreement between you as the customer and us as the company is based on the following conditions:

On the website www.ulu.care we offer organic products that you can order by sending an email to ordre@ulu.care with the following information:
- How much soap or balm would you like to order?
- What are the item numbers of these products?
- What is the shipping address?
- Should it be sent by air or ship?

You will receive a confirmation of your order along with an invoice listing the ordered products.

Payment is possible via bank transfer. When you transfer the money, we ask that you provide your name as a reference. When the transfer has been registered on our account, you will receive an email confirming that the goods have been sent to you.

You can also pay via a secure ePay payment link, that we will sent to you. We accept Dankort, Visa and Master.

We will only use your personal data to complete your order and the data will never be passed on to a third party.

Disclaimer
The ulu.care company reserves the right to alter prices and make other changes. We also reserve the right to correct typos and printing errors.

Cancellation right
When shopping at ulu.care you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The time limit starts when you receive the goods. You may returns the goods and get your money back. But you will have to cover the costs of sending the goods back to ulu.care and you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. Should the package be damaged or even get lost on the way to us, you will have to cover the costs.

Warranty
If you have a complaint, we ask that you inform us immediately after you have received your shipment. Call us or send us an email listing the reasons for your complaint. We will, of course, immediately look into the matter and endeavor to find a solution. Your warranty expires after 24 months. All legal proceedings against ulu.care will be subject to the Greenlandic judicial system.
