On the website www.ulu.care we offer organic products that you can order by sending an email to info@ulu.care or ordre@ulu.care.

You will receive a confirmation of your order along with an invoice listing the ordered products.
Payment is via bank transfer. When you transfer the money, we ask that you provide your name as a reference. When the transfer has been registered on our account,
you will receive an email confirming that the items have been sent to you.

Data protection
Data protection is an integral part of your right to a private life. It goes without saying that we only use your data to prepare an invoice and send you the items that you ordered. We will never transmit your data to a third party.

The ulu.care company reserves the right to alter prices and make other changes. We also reserve the right to correct typos and printing errors.

Returns and refunds
When you purchase products from ulu.care, you have a period of 14 days to return the items, starting from the day that you receive the goods. Your money will be refunded for the returned items. You will only have to pay for the postage to return the items to us. If you change your mind about a purchase, you are responsible for the items until they are returned to ulu.care. This means that you are expected to pay for the items if they are damaged or lost during transport back to us.

If you have a complaint, please call us or send us an email listing the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will, of course, immediately look into the matter and endeavor to find a solution. As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint. All legal proceedings against ulu.care shall be subject to the Greenlandic judicial system.
